Often this level of intense and irreversible over-amperage if the result of extended and acute methamphetamine usage. It's often identical in appearance to the physical gestures a zombie would act out whilst roaming for human flesh. Distinguishable by a singular, sudden,rapid and twisting motion of the head to either side.
