When you get wordspyware/word installed on your computer, your homepage is usually reset to a homepage offering you to "search the web". Spyware blows ass.

Someone who is tallented at searching the web; sometimes reffered to as a Net Scout.
Whether it be software, media files, information or even phisical items a Web Scout will be able to find it somewhere online.

I cant find a cd or download of an out of print album, I need a Web Scout to track it down.
