Liripoop

A liripoop is a person who talks incessantly and often aimlessly, filling the air with chatter, much to the annoyance of others. It's as if they've been gifted with an endless supply of words, but they're not particularly thoughtful or meaningful.

Usage Example 1: "At the library, the liripoop at the next table couldn't stop discussing their favorite cat videos, making it impossible to concentrate on reading."

Usage Example 2: "During the long car ride, Uncle Bob transformed into a liripoop, regaling us with stories from his childhood that no one had asked to hear."
