Generally referring to micro vehicles such as smart cars, Mitsubishi Mirage hatchbacks, Toyota Yaris etc. Tiny vehicles whos horns don’t really even beep, but rather sound like a baby bird doing it’s best.
Driver abruptly changing lanes: Did you hear something?

Refers to all cars that are not a Subaru WRX STI which offers drivers Dccd that enables drivers to adjust the amount of torque to front and rear wheels. No other vehicle offers this advantage and are coined "not cars".
Is your car a not car or a WRX STI. Your hot rod is really a not rod because it's a not car modified for speed with less control for track customization.

When you want to humourously imply that take away rubbish, pizza boxes etc. can be thrown out of the car by holding the door ajar and sliding the boxes under the car. Has its origins in Northern England which had uncommonly high number of Golf ownership amongst young adults in the 90s.
