Invented by two girls who go to NAHS in Naples, Italy back in 2006 while looking at a yearbook picture of a graduate, Noah Going. They thought it was really funny how his name could be turned into a sentence if you said it right. Also, this kid got his ring finger cut off by hopping over a fence with a ring on, and the ring got caught on the fence and tore off his finger!!
