Douche-grenade

A female douche who is usually overweight, slightly attractive when you're drunk, but completely loses their attractiveness once you're sober again. They are purely annoying and you can't stand being next to them for one minute. Almost like a douchebabe minus the hotness.

Douche lozenge

a synonym for douchebag, but in a more extreme case. Individuals who wear sunglasses at night and use ipads to type term papers. Douche lozenges do not make any attempt to hide their doucheyness and make a point of telling others how much better than you they are since they studied abroad while you were working to pay rent.

Is that dude really wearing a t-shirt that says "i put out" in 2010? ...what a douche lozenge.

Someone who goes way beyond the normal, standard definition of an asshole. Usually used as a term to describe/direct one's anger (and in some cases, absolute rage) at someone who is pissing them off to a very high degree.
