A disease which is contagious- coming from Alize phelps who started taking SELFIEs when she popped out-how to know you are taking to many Selfie's : (1) you take a SELFIE every 1-2 hours a day. (2)you have to take more than 15 Selfie's to figure out which one u like best (3) you post pictures every hour on social media sites; watch out and look for side affects before it gets to bad(doctors wouldn't help Alize so now she is crazy for Selfie's
