Playing with another person on the same screen using 'splitscreen' and continuously watching the other persons part of the screen in an attempt to use it to your advantage.
John is playing call of duty with his brother, Bob, on the same TV using splitscreen. John cannot find where Bob is on the screen, so he looks at Bob's part of the screen, finds his location by screen perving and kills him. John is a screen pervert.
