Most commonly used when referring to someone who is being a complete overdramatic douche. A typical drama pancake is completely unable to have a conversation in which they don't talk about themselves and their own insignificant problems. Any attempt to talk about something else will result in a one word reply/grunt after which the drama pancake will resume blabbering about themselves
