Cici's Pizza

Basically a modern day soup kitchen in all-you-can-eat buffet form that gives you food such as pizza, breadsticks, lasagna salad, brownies and cinnamon rolls.

Tom- Wanna go get some sushi?
Tim- Nah, I don't have any money for food.
Tom- Well, we can just go to Cici's Pizza.
Tim- Yeah, we could. They're so cheap that they're basically free.

Pizza buffet founded in Plano Texas in 1985. Known for their low quality pizza but cheap price. Frequented by soccer moms and stoners.

After we smoke this dime lets hit up Cici's pizza, I'm gonna have the most serious munchies.

second: a phrase for someone who has a lot of energy, they run off caffeine, and is also pretty chill. they're generally nice humans and have good taste.
