A Clear Example of This Republican Philosophy Is Also Present In The Way President George W. Bush Responded To Hurricane Katrina- -Wait Four Days And Let Them Suffer, And THEN Go In And Help.

The shit that was laid upon America by Republican President Hoover was fixed By Democrat Franklin D. Roosevelt who followed the Democratic Philosophy--Government Has A Duty To Help The Poor And Needy.
