Uk slang for a shit car (usually your first car) that barley works and probably commits silly crimes in like throwing eggs and selling weed. (Or your car is just wank).

"Bruv that silver car is a dinger".
"I can't wait to razz this shit dinger whip".
"What do you know about dingers".

You’re friend might say “oh that’s a Hell of a Dinger (homerun).” Instead you end up with a big bump on your face and no graciousness. But, your friend 😊
