Calamari

The fat that squishes out of the bottom of a really tight, short dress creating an Ursula (sea witch from The Little Mermaid) effect on the bottom half.

A person wears a tight mini-dress (think 2 sizes too small) and it pushes the leg fat out around the bottom of the dress and it makes you think of a squid (or calamari).
