A person who is very bad at something, does not understand something, or is a complete moron. Used in a friendly manner. Usually said forcefully. Similar to calling someone a fuck boy.

Drew is a complete baddie stack at programming.

Baddie 'noun' ah so that's the baddie. a terminology of which is a guy or girl that is a villian but doesnt fully show the stereotypical villian traits, basically the inbetween of a good guy and a villian. Slightly tainted in there ways but not fully.
