One who is perversely obsessed with young, pretty vampires as depicted in fiction, movies. The term originated from fans' obsession with the characters in Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series of novels. Usually refers to females ages 14 and up.

Can also be used as a derisive term.

OMG! I'm a total vamperv for Edward Cullen. He's so hot!

She's become a total vamperv. Maybe she'll stop blathering on if we replace her Anne Rice novels with the Bible or Jim Butcher books.
