The Toy Story
Conundrum says just because some scenario take place when
you are not noticing, does not mean it does not happen at all, like the Toys being alive cannot be disputed because they are active when you aren't watching.
Of course, there are other applications of the phrase too,
C : "I don't usually kill spiders because they kill the other insects. It's like they work for me but I need them to stay in certain areas of
the house."
A : "But why? they create
invisible webs and are a pest, so I guess it's best to kill"
C : "
I don't know if we do or if the spider gets them before I notice."
A: "Fair point, it's the toy story conundrum"
