A person who lies about everything but sometimes mean well doesn't mean to lie but because they've been doing it for so long it just comes naturally. Lost friends along the way but still paints themselves as a victim to the public makimg it seem like they where in the wrong. Someone who will not sit their ass down no matter how many times you instruct them too. Usually do their state of intoxication or lack or common sense.

The designated standee stood up the whole trip regardless of how many times I told her due to safety regulations.
