Derived from 'random', 'randomer'.

Adjective.
To describe an individual with whom you are unfamiliar with:
'Who is that rands?'

Additionally, to voice displeasure at the actions of another:
'Stop being such a rands'.

Furthermore, 'rands' can be often combined with other words: for example 'silly rands' and 'randy rands', for added effect.

Don't be a pansy and come to the public house you rands!

(verb) a straight male attempting to entice their homosexual male friend or colleague to engage in vaguely homosexual behavior. The straight male must initiate the interaction in order to be randing their gay counterpart or for the gay male to feel randed.

Richard: Look at my pubes.

Richard: C’mon, just look. I feel like randing you.
