Quietism

Refers to the habitual non-presence in a chronically online users' groupchat, sometimes in a suspicious way.

Like absenteeism but for online.

I don't like the quietism in here.

You better not be engaging in the quietism!

The quietism in here has me worried.

It has been a bit chaotic in here, hasn't it? But I like that; better than the quietism.
