Clever yet kind, Larris is a great friend who will always help. While he'll pull a few pranks, however, he doesn't mind when you do it back. He's a bit of a nerd and doesn't participate in sports often, you'll find he's a cool guy to talk to.He'll help you if you have trouble with work or need a friend to cheer you up. When urban mid-westerners use this phrase they are referring to Larry Hoover, the founder of Gangster Disicples and Folk Nation out of Chicago IL. This is used in place of "on god", placing reverence in Larry.
