The 'doo' is most commonly used in the North East of England referring to Cocaine. If somebody asks, "Have you got any doo?" what they mean is, "Have you got any coke?". This word only relates to drugs such as Cocaine or Ketamine but not psychedelics such as MDMA or LSD etc.
