A person usually (human) that exhibits characteristics of a dillwipe, dillweed, or dillsucker. They will most of the time have freckles and usually the carpet would match the drapes...at least 86 % of the time.

That guy was such a super dillslice yesterday at the bagel shop. He was yelling at the bagels and was oddly rather kind to the employees...such a dillslice...
