An Abobo is an alternative way to say "Abortion" in Alabama and other redneck states that are making it illegal to even think about using the word abortion. Those cousin fuckers are too stupid to know what an Abobo is, making the user free to speak about abortions in public again without the threat of a crowd of mouth breathers getting all Handmainden's Tale about it.
