1. Is when a conversation is in progress, you dont know whats going on and tend to open ones mouth and say something that makes no sense and bares no relevance to the topic.

2. Also applies when the oppisite outcome of an intended situation occurs.

1. Senrok: i don't like cats, they come over for a rub then go
Taire: yeah..... its like women.......in clubs
Senrok: oh dear, there's another Tairism. GuAd. OmFg. LoL.

2. Taire: yeah i'm definately coming out tonight
Paul Moon: haven't you got work?
Taire: I'm gona tell my boss that I want to quit
**Taire enters place of work and returns**
Taire: yeah guys I can't come out and I've got overtime for tomorrow

Taioing It

"Taioing it", it is the action within a text conversion where a individual takes large amounts of time to reply for no particular reason. Also it is required that this event is a constant throughout said text conversion or else it is not "Taioing it. Its a popular term from a cut "Seinfeld" episode but was surrounded around the answering machine. It has lately been becoming a more popular term. The episode was about a woman named Taio who did this to Jerry constantly, the episode was named "The Machine". It has been modified to fit a common tendency some people have during text converses.

Its been two hours bob, please stop taioing it.

Tarin

Tarin- an extremely smart, sweet girl with old fashioned morals. She is very mature for her age, and has a beautiful smile and wears cowboy boots ever day. Loves horses, and is an amazing singer, even though she is to modest to believe that. Tarins gonna be an amazing grandma when she grows up :)

To effectively kill a bill by envoking or threatening to envoke a filibuster

The healthcare bill would have passed and there in provided millions of uninsured Americans w/ healthcare coverage if it weren't for the Republican lead Tarintino.

A Tarintono kills bills.

After suffering a humilating bludgeoning in the national election, Republcians conspired to incessantly use the Tarintino in an attempt to prevent any democratic legislative successes in congress.

Since the election of George W "Katrina doesn't look so bad from all the way up here" Bush in 2000, Republicans have used the Tarintono more than any other party over an 8 year period.

In the 2007-2008 session of congress Republicans utilized the Tarintino a jaw dropping and unprecedented 138 times!!
