Suka blyat (rus. сука блять) in Russian means an aggresive exclamation when you are very angry. It is an equivalent to English "damn", "oh crap", "oh fuck".
It consists of two words - suka, which is translated as "bitch" and can be used as an exclamation on its own of the same meaning; and "blyat" which can also be translated as "bitch, whore" and used on its own as the same exclamation, but a bit stronger.
