Snowpiercing

Discharge of semen into a mouth of a person wearing a medusa or labret face piercing, then squeezing it out through a piercing hole. It can be followed by returning the metal rod back in its place reminiscing the forever moving train from the movie Snowpiercer (2013. - dir. Bong Joon-ho) which is powering his way through "thick" layers of white snow.
