A delicious drink comprised of 1 quarter cream soda slurpee and three quarters flat rootbeer.

It was invented by a high school student who had a cream soda slurpee that was almost empty. He was still thirsty and added some month old Barq's rootbeer he had in his locker to the cup. The resulting mixture became an instant hit at the school.

He dranks some sto, and found it to be very delicious.

Someone who goes to florida every year is likely to have got Sto. However, someone who goes to the food pantry every month is likely to not got sto.
