The guitarist for Panic at the Disco ('!'?). Has abnormally long and creepy fingers. His favorite pasttimes include staring in the audience and scaring fans over the age of 16, starting epic snap sessions, and yelling "OH NO" after the chorus of "Mad As Rabbits".
