Predumbtuous

Predumbtuous is an adjective meaning “excessively stupid and arrogant decision.” It's typically used to describe someone who is grossly inept at their job responsibilities and engages in negligent practices such as making decisions without consulting those in the know or conducting appropriate research.
Edmonds College removed the search engine from their website, a very predumbtuous thing to do. This decision, against all common sense and well-known Web design principles, resulted in a continued drop in enrollments.

Pretemptuous

Being filled with characteristics present in an Edenic state, preceding even the first temptation.
The young child had no sense of good or evil. They lived in a wholly pretemptuous state, without knowledge that such a thing as temptation that must be resisted could exist.
