Purfucked

It is a portmanteau, or blend, of the words "perfect" and "fucked". The meaning depends on the context it's used in:

Completely ruined or messed up: This is the most common meaning. Combining "perfect" (as in, complete or total) with "fucked" results in a phrase that conveys a state of being utterly and totally screwed or destroyed.
Ironic or sarcastic usage: The word could be used with heavy irony to describe a situation that is the exact opposite of perfect.

Emphasis on the first syllable which is drawn out hence the second letter being a "u".
