The action of saying the classic Pingu saying ‘noot noot’.

Liz just walked up to me and starting nooting by saying ‘noot noot’ with a Streets drumstick cone in her mouth pretending to be Pingu. I had just been nooted.

A really awesome chick who is totally badass. She is also really hilarious. If you are friends with a Nooranne, keep her around because she will defend you from idiots and make you laugh so hard that you will pee your pants.
