1. the reason why teens stay out longer than what they were supposed to. A wild moose man appears when teens go outside alone without a cellphone,He steals whatever they have in their left pocket and then he chases them around for anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours because he wants their parents to yell at them for being late.
