Another name for McDonald's, McDank's, or whatever the hell else you want to call that fast food chain that sells them Big Mickeys. Known for attracting some "big" clientele, as well as the uber hungry after everyone else hits the sack.

Pothead: "Me and Lenny decided to hit up McDickenheimer's after we smoked all our schwag. I almost crashed the station wagon on the way there."

That person you know who spends his whole life telling ludacris lies to try and fit in with the cool people.
You can tell if a person is a mcnick because they tell completely bullshit and rediculous stories. they also are commonly seen having gay conversations about how cool they are. they also recite the emo alphabet. they often make wacked out stories when late to social gatherings. e.g.

mcnick: "I'm so sorry i was in a car crash and everyone died including my uncle who is a famous oil tycoon, while i was teaching a group of under privilaged kids to make oragami dolphins. I tried to shoot myself but the bullet got lodged in the gun and i survived... now im here. Happy birthday"

An amazing food that can be consumed for only like 3 dollars or whatever. All you need is a McChicken, a McDouble, a small fry and a thing of bbq sauce. Pull the top bun off the McDouble, Put the chicken on the McDouble, add bbq sauce and put fries on. Put the bun back on top and prepare for clogged arteries and amazing deliciousness.

I ate a McDicken yesterday, I felt like I was in heaven until my heart stopped beating.
