(Invented by Kat Timpf on Gutfeld!): a city or county or locale falling apart specifically due to the buffoonishly idiotic government policies and the 3 plagues of social work

A liberal city like Portland (Oregon), Seattle or San Francisco, will be a perfect example of a modern,liberal, littered tyrannical wasteland.

Since crime isn't included in the 3 plagues of social work, Chicago and New York City are not in my definition of littered tyrannical wasteland, at least not for now.

One who has no life and stands around an area for an enormous amount of time for no apparent reason. A loiterer can be found usually on thier computer at McDonald's or in front of a 7-11 store.

Loiterer

People who stand outside of apartment complexes, gas stations, convenience stores (etc.) for a prolonged period of time, doing what is apparently nothing. They might yawn a lot, lean against something, stare rudely at other people, or even shout for no apparent reason.

If you do this, screw you.

Bro 2: Sure but let's avoid exiting from the back, there's a bunch of loiterers over yonder, god knows what they'll do or say if you get near them

wawa loiterers

Typically older men and women that hangout by the trash cans at Wawa convenience stores. They are often seen wearing Harley Davidson jackets, but there will not be a single motorcycle in the parking lot. They will often stare at you as you walk up to put your trash away. If they aren't blasting music at 6:00am while you're trying to get coffee, they're standing out there around lunch time eyeing you up as you eat in your car. They're losers.

I went down to the Wawa and I didn't want to get out of my car because of all the wawa loiterers hanging around the trash can
