Leapold is refering to a Nazi a Frenchman or a Communist or all three at once in rare cases. A Leapold is normaly a fun person to hand around with high self esteem an gives zero shits about what he says but never literally the almost always say "just kiding" after a racist or anti-semitic phrase. A Leapold is typically rich and an immigrant or descendant from an imigrant of either France, Germany, or Belgium.
