Dung Jiving is when two or more people are communicating and one person is operating under an assumption which causes them to misinterpret what the other person is saying. Dung Jiving sometimes causes an argument based on the false assumption. This can become very confusing especially when the persons assumption is something that cannot be disclosed either due to pride, arrogance or sworn secrecy. NOTE: this term only applies if the person's assumption is FALSE.
