A veneral disease transmitted through sexual intercourse with sparkly blood suckers of the Twilight variety. Symptoms include: sparkly genitals, extreme pain during urination, and urine that sparkles like diamonds.

I went out with this one girl and later that evening we went back to her place. Everything was great until she dropped trou and I could see she had Glitterea. I debated going for it anyways, but couldn't stand the idea of playing sloppy seconds to the Justin Bieber of vampires.
