This is a very big problem and is only getting worse as it is spreading very rapidly. The common characteristics of a person carrying the "downer" viruses as its known is impeded movement loud uncontrolled noises that have been reported to sound like zombies. Don't play this sown it is a very big problem as they are now stronger enough in numbers to start being integrated into the general public and are now starting to breed in the open. We must stop this issues as soon as we can before its to late.

Down Syndrome 

A mental defect caused at birth, when a human has more than the amount of chromosomes he's supposed to have.

People afflicted by down syndrome have larger or longer fingers and have shorter memory and learning.

The affects cartoons have on humanity include making stupid people look ugly or goofy,
which makes some incompatant bitches make fun of people afflicted by down syndrome because the afflicted people look somewhat "goofy" to them.

People with down syndrome are not autistic btw, because autistic people have brain problems, while people with down syndrome have chromosome problems. See links above.

Down Syndrome 

A tragic mental illness some kids are born with. It makes them mentally retarded and physically deformed. It is in a word something neither the parents nor the damaged child should have to go through as it places an extra heavy burden on the parents and denies the child the chance he/she deserves at life.

My son was born with down syndrome. I still love him though

Paul Gowland got his ass kicked by that kid with down syndrome. He shouldnt be picking fights with a kid like that.
