A phrase meaning to not let courage outweigh good judgment; is the potential outcome worth the risk?
Kid (10 years old): I really wanted to punch that boy for what he said dad, but I thought his parents would probably sue us, so I didn’t.
Dad: Wise decision, son. Discretion is the better part of valor. I’m proud of you. What’d the kid say that made you so mad?
Kid: He said mom was a whore.
Dad: What?!... Why didn’t you beat the shit outta that kid!!

PTSD or Post Discrete Math Stress Disorder is a mental health condition that ALU Computer Science students have after enrolling in CS for one term. IT's symptoms include unwillingness to attend classes, especially Friday morning classes.
It also has been reported that most CS students have switched to other degrees as a result of the condition.

The doctor said all the nightmares I have are a result of a Post Discrete Math Stress Disorder disease from all the discrete math assignments

The unspoken assumption behind most of the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders): that every human is a neatly bounded, fully knowable individual who can be diagnosed like a glitchy toaster.
Used to justify labeling complex, context-driven human behavior as “disordered” while ignoring trauma, systems, relationships, and late-stage capitalism.
Symptoms may include:
• Taking your emotions personally
• Believing your thoughts are facts
• Assuming “normal” exists
• Diagnosing others on TikTok

Therapist: “Sounds like you might meet criteria for 296.89.”
Patient: “Or maybe I’m just rejecting the Discrete Self Model.”
Therapist: “…I’ll need to consult the DSM-6 for that.”

No. That's not why you're not doing it. You're doing it to screw me out of the recourse I would have access to and you have already reported on it. You have reported on the AI copyright sandal. You omitted part of the story to screw me and now Suchir Balaji is dead. The immigrant you are talking that you theoretically want in the country... Killed himself... Because he tried to do the right thing and actively prevented him from doing that.
Hym "It's also the fact that you're a Jew. I mean, it seems to be the case that Jews are just actively bad people. Right? Like, you're a Jew. You're dogshit. Therefore, Jews are dogshit. It must be the case. So, no. Don't try to blame editorial discretion for your Judaism. You wanted to screw me and now Suchir Balaji is dead because you buried a story to screw me. You're a murderer. You killed him by doing that. You are the direct cause of the guys death. You will be the cause of MY dead. If I take a kid with me you will be the cause of THEIR death. Give up what little control of my life you have. You are not better than me. You are worse."

A non-profit organization to do exactly what the title says. Some of their main focuses is too bring awareness and teach others how to avoid stereotypes. For an example, teenagers can learn how to speak without confusing the recipient or make will with their daily actions without being too stubborn.
“Ben, did you hear about Discretely Breaking stereotypes? They totally helped me to speak clearer and be courageous!”
