cuntitulous-a person who is absolutely ignorant, they do the opposite of what u ask of them as you are asking them to do something, they lie and never back it up, they always act as though everything is fine with an individual until they are no longer around that person, when they are no longer around that person they spread rumors and lies about that person.

I asked someone not to tell anyone i was quitting my job, when I got to work everyone was giving me weird looks and acting funny towards me. I heard them having a conversation with another coworker about it so I confronted them on the spot. They instantly denied it, put their head down, and walked away. This person is a cuntitulous.
