Individual who uses psychological violence to legitimate itself through abuses, insults and angry attitude against a specific person/ few people chosen as a victim.
This people have excellent social skills and most of those surrounding them don't even notice their violences because who is attacked are people with severe socialization issues.
Generally they lash out whenever can find a minimum excuse, generally when the victim make all kind of mistakes (even the slightest one).
