Chombing

After smoking the weed, your mouth becomes slightly dry which is called "dry mouth" and you begin to start slapping your lips together making a sound much like this: "mwach". and you repeat this process until your mouth becomes moist and this is what "Chombing" is.

Casey says: Hey Gith that was a nice spliff...

Gith says: i know it was fucking nuts...however my mouth is dry

a chorby is usually a paper towel roll or a coke bottle/can, packed with dryer sheets in order to change the smell of the smoke blown through it. Apparently the name originated in Kentucky.
