Before the invention of pie, there was a need for a food to use in eating competitions. The food used became the penises of dead villagers. Since homosexuality was viewed as "wicked" in the days of yor, and the homosexuals typically won the penis, or dick, eating contests, it was a quite insulting remark at the time to utter to a fellow villager. Since then, the remark has lost some meaning, but remains insulting nonetheless.

Mr. Yegendorf, you're my lawyer and supposed to be trustworthy, but I don't think I can trust you anymore!

Bag of dicks 

An individual who displays an abnormal level of dick-like behavior that is equivalent to the accumulate quantity of dickness retained by a crowd of dicks filling up an official sized football stadium. The word 'bag' is merely a figure of speech and is not to be taken literally, as the amount of dickenss that a 'bag of dicks' exhibits far exceeds the limited space that a bag carries.

Dude I don't wanna go drinking with John tonight... last week he got so drunk he started a fight with the cashier over a penny, broke the door on his way out, and slapped a random guy in the face with a slim jim. He's a real bag of dicks!!!

A bag of dicks is a phrase coined to combat a bag of pussies. The term "bag of pussies" comes from the act of tying up kittens, putting them in a plastic garbage bag and throwing them off of a dock. Since there are far more dicks than pussies on Earth, it was necessary to add the phrase. It has also been used to described a bar full of assholes who can't take yes for an answer.
