Rather than being a gender identity, Agender is a state of gender that refers to the lack of a gender identity

Agender is a gender identity that falls under the non-binary/transgender umbrella. An agender person doesn't identify with any gender and may consider themselves to be genderless.
Agender people might also consider themselves androgynous in appearance/expression, but this is different for everyone.
Singular they/them pronouns are commonly used among some agender individuals, but others may use other pronouns. Agender is a valid gender identity and should be respected.

Person 1: "Morgan came out as agender yesterday."
Person 2: "Really? That's a really brave thing to do. I hope people support her."
Person 1: "Actually, Morgan uses they/them pronouns, now."
Person 2: "Oh. Thanks for telling me. I hope people support them."

A genderqueer person who more or less doesn't identify with any gender. Exists on wide-scale - C4 demigender, greygender etc. Gender identity does not equal sexual or romantic attraction, therefore agender ≠ asexual ≠ aromantic. Despite not identifying with any gender, agender people still can express gender e.g. via clothing.

People who identify as not having a gender
The black, white, gray, and green pride flag was created by Salem X and was first seen on Tumblr in February 2014. The flag sports a green stripe, because green is the opposite of purple, which is a color that strongly relates to gender due to it being a combination of the traditionally masculine blue and feminine pink. Green, on the other hand, is seen as a genderless color. Agender Pride Flags are designed to be reversible, like other LGBTQ+ flags such as the Transgender Pride Flag, so that the stripes will be in correct order no matter which way they fly.
