A synonym for 'incompetent'; An insult originating from the New York congresswoman, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez- A woman who defines the problem with modern politics by blindly classifying her political opposite as 'racist' and even called conservatives "white supremacists" based on her false belief that 'surge' was a root for the word 'insurgent' (referring to the use of the phrase "surge of immigrants coming over the border"). As to how she was stupid enough to think that is beyond any human mind.

Person 1: Bro, you know mad liberals are gonna dislike your definition right?
