Teriyaki Volcano

When an asian man serves teriyaki to a customer resulting in the customer having immediate diarrhea. The customer has a heart attack as well causing the dead person to shit themselves all over the restaurant. This simultaneously causes other customers to puke and fall on top of the first customer. Eventually, forming a mound covered in a brownish green shit cream used again in the egg rolls of PF Wangs.

Teriyaki volcanoes are very bad, I don't want to eat chinese food again.
