The opposite of coolio. A term used to describe something you dislike or a situation that does not meet your expections.

Caitlin says "I got a haircut at Great Clips for $15. That's kind of expensive." Rachel responds "Boolio. That sucks."

A person who doesn't stop talking/bothering you for something dumb. You could also call someone a "Boolog" cus they did something retarded that got you pissed. Another way you can say it is by just calling them a Boolog cus u don't like them.
