To scratch and fetch is to find any food you have in your house when you’re too lazy to cook and/or too broke to order pizza.

These ‘scratch and fetch’ foods may include:
-sandwich
-toastie
-eggs and chips
-nuggets
-beans on toast
-cereal
-canned soup Etc.
