Shitrate is a noun used to describe a bitrate which is shit. It can be used to describe extremely low quality audio or video, or simply a very poor internet connection

Guy 1: Want to hop on Discord and play some video games with the boys?
Guy 2: Sorry bro, I can't even load Wikipedia with this shitrate 💀

For nurses CNAs (nurse's assistants) and other health care workers, an incontinent patient with a very messy bowel movement, likely in their diaper, and sometime all over the bed.

That last patient was a genuine shituation. We needed all hands on deck. I went home and immediately took a shower in case I got any on me.
