In Sword Shield, on the day the player and Leon are set to battle, Chairman Rose starts up another one on an ill-advised attempt to replenish the region's Dynamax energy at the Energy Plant. This causes the ancient Pokemon Eternatus to awaken. When it goes Eternamax, the player and Hop travel to find the legendary Pokemon Zacian and Zamazenta. With their help, they save the region.

The goal is to stay in bed from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed. Preparations should be made the day before, for example: a cooler full of food, snacks, and drinks. Certain exceptions will be made for bathroom use, getting extra food if you run out, or medical emergencies.
